Open Tranquility float pool

Open Tranquility

The Open Floataway Tranquility Float Pod pool utilised the established form of the Tranquility design, creating an open-format float environment. As with the original design, technical components were integrated within the structure, removing the need for a separate technical pack.

The curved form was developed to allow transport and installation within existing buildings, including through standard doorways and stairways.

Open Pool ForOne & ForTwo

Rectangular float pools developed by Floataway were based on modified versions of the Cabin ForOne and Cabin ForTwo designs.

The Open ForTwo configuration was designed to accommodate either individual or dual-user sessions, while the Open ForOne was configured for single-user use.

These pools could be constructed with removable side panels, similar to the Cabin range, or integrated into the surrounding room design. A separate rectangular technical pack was required, typically located adjacent to the pool or within a nearby plant room.

Open 8’ Floataround & The 10’ Serenity Pool

Open circular float pools developed by Floataway were used in both commercial and research settings, including by Justin Feinstein and at the Laureate Institute for Brain Research. The open design removed enclosure around the user, creating a more spacious floating environment.

Two primary sizes were developed: the 8 ft Open Floataround and the 10 ft Serenity pool. These could be installed as free-standing units with step-over access, or integrated into the floor structure.

Both the Open Floataround and Serenity pools required a technical pack. When located within the float room, a curved technical pack was used to match the pool geometry, with a rectangular configuration available where the equipment was installed remotely.
