EFFICIENT & elegant

The Floataway Float Cabin ForOne and Floataway Float Cabin ForTwo were among the company’s most widely adopted products. The Cabin ForOne was designed as a single-user tank, while the Cabin ForTwo provided a wider floating pool to accommodate two users.

Both models featured rectangular designs intended to fit within standard room layouts. The construction allowed installation in constrained spaces, with all fixings accessible from within the tub area, removing the need for rear or side access during installation.

Couple Floating - Why a cabin for two?
Floataway pioneered the concept of couple floating by offering the Floataround and Cabin ForTwo designs. They allow two people to comfortably float together.

Why is this important?

Commercially, the option of couple floating has proven to be extremely popular, allowing float centres to offer their customers more options and reach more diverse demographics.

Cabin ForOne

The Cabin ForOne

The Floataway Float Cabin ForOne was developed as an alternative to the Floataway Tranquility Float Pod. The cabin featured satin-finished wall panels available in a range of colours, with frosted glass double doors designed to provide a more open, room-like environment.

Designed for single-user operation, its rectangular form allowed installation within standard room dimensions. The configuration was particularly suited to installations where space was limited and a single float unit was required.

The Cabin ForTwo

The Floataway Float Cabin ForTwo became a widely adopted design among float operators. It featured a wider floating pool, allowing use by two people, and was constructed using high-quality materials to create a refined float room environment.

The rectangular cabin design required a corresponding rectangular technical pack, typically located adjacent to the unit or in a nearby plant room.

The Cabin Technical Pack

The Cabin Technical Pack

Unlike the Floataway Tranquility Float Pod, which incorporated technical equipment within its side panels, both cabin float room designs required a separate technical pack. The location of this equipment was configurable to suit the layout of the installation.

The system utilised a compact and relatively quiet pumping arrangement, and the reinforced technical pack cover was designed for dual use, including as a bench within the float room or when installed in an adjacent plant space.
